【摘要】:O2GTRatagiventemperatureand%RHisanimportantdeterminantofthepackagingprotectionaffordedbybarriermaterials.Itisnot,howeverthesoledeterminant,andadditionaltests,basedonexperience,mustbeusedtocorrelatepackagingperformancewithO2GTR.Itissuitableasarefereemethodoftesting,providedthatpurchaserandsellerhaveagreedonsamplingprocedures,standardizationprocedures,testconditionsandacceptancecriteria.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedurefordeterminationoftherateoftransmissionofoxygengas,atsteady-state,atagiventemperatureand%RHlevel,throughfilm,sheeting,laminates,co-extrusions,orplastic-coatedpapersorfabrics.Thistestmethodextendsthecommonpracticedealingwithzerohumidityor,atbest,anassumedhumidity.Humidityplaysanimportantroleintheoxygengastransmissionrate(O2GTR)ofmanymaterials.Thistestmethodprovidesforthedeterminationofoxygengastransmissionrate(O2GTR),thepermeanceofthefilmtooxygengas(PO2),thepermeationcoefficientofthefilmtoitsthickness(PO2),andoxygenpermeabilitycoefficient(PO2)inthecaseofhomogeneousmaterialsatgiventemperatureand%RHlevel(s).1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection9.
