【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardprovidesdoublesamplingplansbyattributesfortheacceptanceinspectionoflotsofdiscreteitems.Theplansareindexedbytheproducer'sriskquality(PRQ)andtheconsumer'sriskquality(CRQ)wherethenominalrisksareeither5%or10%.Plansareprovidedforinspectionforpercentnonconformingandforinspectionfornonconformitiesper100items.Thelotisacceptableiftherearenononconformingitems(nonconformities)inthefirstrandomsample,andnotacceptableifitcontainstwoormorenonconformingitems(nonconformities).Ifpreciselyonenonconformingitemisfoundinthefirstsample,asecondrandomsampleisdrawn;thelotisthenacceptableifthesecondsamplecontainsnononconformingitems(nonconformities)andnotacceptableotherwise.Theobjectiveofthisstandardistoprovideproceduresthatenablelotdispositiontobedeterminedquicklyandeconomicallyifqualityisparticularlygoodorbad.Forintermediatequalityasecondsampleisdrawninordertobeabletodiscriminatemorereliablybetweenacceptableandunacceptablelots.Thetwosamplesizesarechosentominimizethemaximumexpectedsamplesizewithrespecttoincomingqualitysubjecttothenominalrisksnotbeingexceeded.Similarly,theplansmaybeusedtotestthehypothesisthatalotorprocessqualitylevelisequaltothePRQ(i.e.acceptable)againstthealternativehypothesisthatthequalitylevelisequaltotheCRQ(i.e.unacceptable).Theplansarepreferabletosinglesamplingplanswherethecostofinspectionishigh,wherethedelayanduncertaintycausedbythepossiblerequirementforsecondsamplesisinconsequentialandwherearelativelylargeratiooftheconsumer'sriskqualitytotheproducer'sriskqualitycanbetolerated.Theplansaresuitableforisolatedlotsorforshortseriesoflots,wherethesumofthetwosamplesizesisnolargerthanabout10%ofthesizeofthelot.Theplansarealsosuitableforcontinuingseriesoflotswhenlotsthatfailtosatisfytheacceptancecriteriaare100%inspectedandallnonconformingitemsreplacedbyconformingitems:however,forcontinuingseriesoflots,considerationshouldalsobegiventousingdoublesamplingplansfromBS6001-1.
