【摘要】:ThislnternationalStandardspecifiestwomethodsforthemeasurementoftheisocyanatecontentofaromaticisoocyanatesusedaspolyurethanerawmaterials.MethodAisprimarilyapplicabletorefinedtoluenediisocyanate(TDI),methylene-bis-(4-phenylisocyanate)(MDI)andtheirprepolymers.MethodBisapplicabletorefined,crudeormodifiedisocyanatesderivedfromtoluenediisocyanate,methylene-bis-(4-phenylisocyanate)andpolymethylenepolyphenylisocyanate.Itcanalsobeusedforisomermixturesoftoluenediisocyanate,methylene-bis-(4-phenylisocyanate)andpolymethylenepolyphenylisocyanate.Otheraromaticisocyanatesmaybeanalysedbythismethodifprecautionsaretakentoverifysuitability.Itisnotapplicabletoblockedisocyanates.

【摘要】:Reflectionsfromaircrafttransparenciesofinstrumentlightsandothercockpitobjectshavebeenaconcerntomanypilots.Attemptstoreducethesereflectionshavebeenhamperedbythelackofarepeatablemeasurementmethodandvariancesinreflectionmeasuringinstrumentation.Theproblemwithmeasuringinstrumentationisthatdifferentbrandswilloftengivesignificantvaluedifferencesusingthesamespecimensurface.Thistestmethodreducestheinstrumentvariationsbystandardizingthelightsource,calculationmethod,andareaofspecimensurfacebeingmeasured;abrandofinstrumentationisnotspecified.Sincethereflectivityisdefinedastheratiooftwoluminancemeasurementsanddoesnotdependonanabsolutemeasurement,dependenceupontheaccuracyofthemeasuringinstrumentisreduced.Thetestmethodmaybeusedtoobjectivelycomparethereflectioncharacteristicsofvarioustransparentmaterials.Furthermore,thetestmethodmaybeusedtoevaluatereflectionsofaspecifiedspectralsourcebyusingthatsourceinplaceofthestandardlightsource.Provisionsaremadetocheckforpolarizationeffectsofthesampleandtorecordthereflectivityofastandardspecimen.Theseprovisionsareofferedasanoptiontothetester;itisuptotheuserortherequiringagencytodeterminethesignificanceanduseofthesedata.Sincethereflectionsaremeasuredphotopically,theresultsarerepresentativeofwhatthepilotwouldvisuallyperceive.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedureformeasuringthereflectivityoftransparentmaterials,hereafterknownasspecimens.Theresultsarerepeatablewithoutspecifyingaparticularbrandnameofinstrumentation.1.2Thistestmethodappliestosubstantiallyflatparts.Errorsinmeasurementcanoccurifthepartsbeingmeasuredarenotsubstantiallyflat.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
