【摘要】:Thepurposeofthistestmethodistodeterminethetimecitratedplasmaexposedtomedicalmaterialstakestoformaclotwhenexposedtoasuspensionofphospholipidparticlesandcalciumchloride.Inthistestmethod,thetestarticleistheactivator.ThePTTassayisageneralscreeningtestformedicalmaterialx2019;sabilitytoactivatetheintrinsiccoagulationpathway.MaterialsamplesthatshowashortenedPTTareactivatorsoftheintrinsiccoagulationpathway.TestsamplesthatshowashortenedPTTareactivatorsoftheintrinsiccoagulationpathway.Theresultsarereportedasapercentofthenegativecontrol.Thetestarticle,referencematerials,andcontrolsareexposedtohumanplasma.Theplasmaistestedonacoagulationdevice.Eachsampletubeisassayedinduplicate.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthescreeningofcardiovasculardevicematerialsfortheirabilitytoinducebloodcoagulationviatheintrinsiccoagulationpathway.Thisassayshouldbepartofthehemocompatibilityevaluationfordevicesandmaterialscontactinghumanblood,asperANSI/AAMI/ISO10993-4.1.2Allsafetypoliciesandpracticesshallbeobservedduringtheperformanceofthistestmethod.1.3Allplasmaandanymaterialsthathadcontactwithplasmawillbebaggedinabiohazardbag,properlylabeledwiththecontents,anddisposedbyappropriatemeans.TheplasmashouldbehandledattheBiosafetyLevel2asrecommendedintheCentersforDiseaseControl/NationalInstitutesofHealthManualBiosafetyinMicrobiologicalLaboratories.1.4ThenormalpooledhumanplasmamusthavetestednegativeforHepatitisB(HBV)orHumanImmunodeficiency(HIV)viruses.Theplasmasshouldbetreatedlikeanypatientplasmausinguniversalprecautions.TheplasmashouldbehandledattheBiosafetyLevel2asrecommendedintheCentersforDiseaseControl/NationalInstitutesofHealthManualBiosafetyinMicrobiologicalLaboratories.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
