【摘要】:ThispartofISO3951specifiesasystemofsequentialsamplingplans(schemes)forlot-by-lotinspectionbyvariables.Theschemesareindexedintermsofapreferredseriesofacceptancequalitylimit(AQL)values,rangingfrom0,01to10,whicharedefinedintermsofpercentnonconformingitems.TheschemesofISO3951areintendedtoinduceasupplierthroughtheeconomicandpsychologicalpressureoflotnon-acceptancetomaintainaprocessaverageatleastasgoodasthespecifiedAQLvalue,whileatthesametimeprovidinganupperlimitfortherisktotheconsumerofacceptingtheoccasionalpoorlot.Theschemesaredesignedtobeappliedtoacontinuingseriesoflots,thatis,aserieslongenoughtoallowtheswitchingrules(Clause6)tobeapplied.Theseswitchingrulesprovide:-automaticprotectiontotheconsumer(bymeansofaswitchtotightenedinspectionordiscontinuationofsamplinginspection)shouldadeteriorationinqualitybedetected;-anincentive(atthediscretionoftheresponsibleauthority)toreduceinspectioncosts(bymeansofaswitchtoreducedinspection)shouldconsistentlygoodqualitybeachieved.ThispartofISO3951isdesignedforuseunderthefollowingconditions:a)wheretheinspectionprocedureistobeappliedtoacontinuingseriesoflotsofdiscreteproductsallsuppliedbyoneproducerusingoneproductionprocess.Iftherearedifferentproducersorproductionprocesses,applythispartofISO3951toeachoneseparately;b)whereonlyasinglequalitycharacteristic,x,oftheseproductsistakenintoconsideration,whichmustbemeasurableonacontinuousscale;c)wheretheuncertaintyofthemeasurementsystemisnegligiblewithrespecttotheproductionprocessstandarddeviation;d)whereproductionisstable(understatisticalcontrol)andthequalitycharacteristic,x,isdistributedaccordingtoanormaldistribution(oracloseapproximationtothenormaldistribution)oradistributionwhichmaybemathematicallytransformedtoanormaldistribution;e)wherethestandarddeviationofthequalitycharacteristic,x,isknown;f)whereacontractorstandarddefinesanupperspecificationlimit,U,alowerspecificationlimit,L,orboth;anitemisqualifiedasconformingifandonlyifitsmeasuredqualitycharacteristic,x,satisfiestheappropriateoneofthefollowinginequalities:1)xuU(i.e.thesingleupperspecificationlimitisnotviolated);2)xWL(i.e.thesinglelowerspecificationlimitisnotviolated);3)LuxuU(i.e.theupperandlowerdoublespecificationlimitsarenotviolated).InthispartofISO3951,itisassumedthat,wheredoublespecificationlimitsapply,conformancetobothspecificationlimitsiseitherequallyimportanttotheintegrityoftheproductorisconsideredseparatelyforbothspecificationlimits.Inthefirstcase,itisappropriatetoapplyasingleAQLtothecombinedpercentageofproductoutsidethetwospecificationlimits.ThisisreferredtoasacombinedAQLrequirement.Inthesecondcase,separateAQLsapplytononconformitybeyondeachofthelimits,andthisisreferredtoasaseparateAQLrequirement.InthispartofISO3951,theacceptabilityofalotisimplicitlydeterminedfromanestimateofthepercentageofnonconformingitemsintheprocess,basedonarandomsampleofitemsfromthelot.Assuch,itisnotapplicableforjudgingtheacceptabilityofisolatedlotsorshortseriesoflots.RefertoISO2859-2forapplicablesamplingplansinthiscase.
