【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthemechanicalandperformancepropertiesforprevailingtorquetypesteelhexagonnuts(includingthosewithflange)whentestedoveranambienttemperaturerangeof10℃to35℃.Propertieswillvaryathigherandlowertemperature.Itappliestoprevailingtorquetypenuts-withnominalthreaddiametersuptoandincluding39mm;-oftriangularISOthreadaccordingtoISO68;-withdiameter/pitchcombinationsaccordingtoISO261;-withthreadtolerances6HaccordingtoISO965-2;-withspecificmechanicalrequirements;-withdimensionsasspecifiedinproductstandardsprovidedtheymakereferencetothisInternationalStandard;-withinthetemperaturerange-50℃to+300℃forallmetaltypenuts;-withinthetemperaturerange-50℃to+120℃fornon-metallicinserttypenuts.Itdoesnotapplytonutsrequiringspecialpropertieswhichmayrequirespecialmaterialsorcoatingstoimprove-weldability;-corrosionresistance;-performanceoutsidetheabovespecifiedtemperatureranges.Prevailingtorqueperformancedecreaseswithincreasingre-use.Thenutusershouldconsidertheimplicationsofdecreasedperformancepriortore-use.NOTE-Informationontorque/clampingforceperformancerequirementsandtestingaregivenintheannexC.Thesefunctionalrequirementsandtheacompanyingtestprocedurearestillunderdiscussionandcannotbespecifiedmandatorilyforthetimebeing.note:1)Bycarefulchoiceofnon-metallicmaterialshigherservicetemperaturepropertiescanbeattainedbyagree-mentbetweenuserandmanufacturer.
