【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesgeneralrequirementsforinstrumentstobeusedinassociationwithnon-activesurgicalimplants.Theserequirementsapplytoinstrumentswhentheyaremanufacturedandwhentheyareresuppliedafterrefurbishment.ThisInternationalStandardalsoappliestoinstrumentswhichmaybeconnectedtopower-drivensystems,butdoesnotapplytothepower-drivensystemsthemselves.WithregardtosafetythisInternationalStandardgivesrequirementsforintendedperformance,designattributes,selectionofmaterials,designevaluation,manufacture,sterilization,packagingandinformationtobesuppliedbythemanufacturer.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletoinstrumentsassociatedwithdentalimplants,transendodonticandtransradicularimplantsandophthalmicimplants.
