【摘要】:ThispartofISO14839establishesthestabilityrequirementsofrotatingmachineryequippedwithactivemagneticbearings(AMB).Itspecifiesaparticularindextoevaluatethestabilitymarginanddelineatesthemeasurementofthisindex.Itisapplicabletoindustrialrotatingmachinesoperatingatnominalpowergreaterthan15kW,andnotlimitedbysizeoroperationalratedspeed.ItcoversbothrigidAMBrotorsandflexibleAMBrotors.Small-scalerotors,suchasturbomolecularpumps,spindles,etc.,arenotaddressed.ThispartofISO14839concernsthesystemstabilitymeasuredduringnormalsteady-stateoperationin-houseand/oron-site.Thein-houseevaluationisanabsoluterequirementforshippingoftheequipment,whiletheexecutionofon-siteevaluationdependsuponmutualagreementbetweenthepurchaserandvendor.ThispartofISO14839doesnotaddressresonancevibrationappearingwhenpassingcriticalspeeds.TheregulationofresonancevibrationatcriticalspeedsisestablishedinISO10814.
