【摘要】:Analyzersystemsrequirerepresentativesamplesofpetroleumproductsdeliveredinatimelymannerto(1)facilitatethecontrolofprocessorblendingunitsor(2)calculateaflowproportionedpropertyvalue.Representativesamplesofpetroleumproductsarerequiredforthedeterminationofchemicalandphysicalproperties.Thesepropertiesareusedtoestablishtherelationshipbetweentheanalyzersystemandtheprimarytestmethodduringinitialandongoingvalidationofthesystem.Representativesamplesofpetroleumproductsaretestedtodeterminethechemicalandphysicalpropertiesofabatchofferedfortender.1.1Thispracticecoverstheperformancerequirementsforsamplesystemsemployedtodeliverprocessstreamsamples(1)toanalyzersystemforanalysesor(2)foranalyzervalidationor(3)forcompositesamplesystems.Italsooutlinestheselectionandoperationoflineorbatchsamplingequipmentintendedforanalyzerflowproportionedaveragepropertyvaluesystemvalidation.Samplehandling,mixing,andconditioningproceduresarerequiredtoensurethatarepresentativesampleoftheliquidpetroleumproductiscollectedfromthesamplingsource.1.2ApplicableFluids8212;Thispracticeisapplicabletosingleliquidphasepetroleumproductswhosevaporpressureatsamplingandsamplestorageconditionsislessthanorequalto110kPa(16.0psi),and,withaD86finalboilingpointlessthanorequalto400x00B0;C(752x00B0;F).1.2.1Specializedsamplehandlingmaybenecessarytomaintainsampleintegrityofmorevolatilematerialsathightemperaturesorextendedresidencetimeinthereceiver.Suchhandlingrequirementsarenotwithinthescopeofthispractice.Usersshouldconsulttheanalyticalmethodstobeperformedonthesampleforspecialsamplestorageorconditioningrequirements.1.3Someoralloftheprocessesoutlinedinthispracticemaybeapplicabletootherliquids.Applyingthispracticetootherliquidswillrequiretheconsiderationofadditionalmethodsandpractices.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoidentifyanyandallapplicablesafetyandsamplingconsiderationsandestablishappropriateprocedurestohandletheseadditionalconsiderations.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
