【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardspecifiestechnicalsafetyrequirementsandmeasures,applicabletoEDMequipmentandEDMsystem(e.g.forsparkerosion-sinking,sparkerosion-wirecutting),tobeadoptedbypersonsundertakingthedesign,construction,installationand/orsupplyofsuchequipment.Thisstandardalsoincludesinformationtobeprovidedbythemanufacturertotheuser.1.2Thedesignrequirementsofthisstandardshallnotapplytoarcerodingandelectrochemicalmachiningequipment.1.3Thisstandardtakesaccountoftheintendeduseinnormalworkshopenvironmentandnonexplosiveatmospheresincludinginstallation,setting,maintenance,repairanddismantlingforremovalordisposalofEDMequipment.1.4ThisstandardalsoappliestoauxiliarydevicesessentialforEDMprocessing.1.5Thisstandarddealswithspecifichazardsdefinedinclause4,Table1,andthemeasuresofpreventioninclause5,Table2.1.6Thisstandardappliestomachinesbuiltafteritsdateofissue.NOTEDirective94/9/ECconcerningequipmentandprotectivesystemsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospherescanbeapplicabletothetypeofmachineorequipmentcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThepresentstandardisnotintendedtoprovidemeansofcomplyingwiththeessentialhealthandsafetyrequirementsofDirective94/9/EC.
