【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000-4definesthemethodsformeasurementandinterpretationofresultsforpowerqualityparametersin50/60Hza.c.powersupplysystems.Measurementmethodsaredescribedforeachrelevanttypeofparameterintermsthatwillmakeitpossibletoobtainreliable,repeatableandcomparableresultsregardlessofthecompliantinstrumentbeingusedandregardlessofitsenvironmentalconditions.Thisstandardaddressesmeasurementmethodsforinsitumeasurements.Measurementofparameterscoveredbythisstandardislimitedtothosephenomenathatcanbeconductedinapowersystem.Theseincludethevoltageand/orcurrentparameters,asappropriate.Thepowerqualityparametersconsideredinthisstandardarepowerfrequency,magnitudeofthesupplyvoltage,flicker,supplyvoltagedipsandswells,voltageinterruptions,transientvoltages,supplyvoltageunbalance,voltageandcurrentharmonicsandinterharmonics,mainssignallingonthesupplyvoltageandrapidvoltagechanges.Dependingonthepurposeofthemeasurement,allorasubsetofthephenomenaonthislistmaybemeasured.Thisstandardisaperformancespecification,notadesignspecification.Theuncertaintytestsintherangesofinfluencequantitiesinthisstandarddeterminetheperformancerequirements.Thisstandardgivesmeasurementmethodsbutdoesnotsetthresholds.Theeffectsoftransducersbeinginsertedbetweenthepowersystemandtheinstrumentareacknowledgedbutnotaddressedindetailinthisstandard.Precautionsoninstallingmonitorsonlivecircuitsareaddressed.
