【摘要】:ISO15011-2:2003providesguidanceonthedeterminationofemissionratesofgasesgeneratedbyarcweldingusingafumeboxtechnique.Itdescribesthetestprinciple,givesapossiblefumeboxarrangementandconsidersmethodsforsamplingandanalysis.Thefollowinggasesthatcanbeproducedduringarcweldingarecovered:-carbonmonoxide(CO);-carbondioxide(CO2);-nitrogenoxide(NO);-nitrogendioxide(NO2).ThefumeboxdescribedinthisInternationalStandardmayalsobeusedforthedeterminationoforganicgasesproducedinthearcweldingofcoatedmetals,e.g.primed,paintedorplasticcoatedmaterial.
