【摘要】:ThisPartofBS3876specifiesrequirementsforsuspendedpulleyassembliesandclampsintendedforuseincollierytrackhaulage.ThisPartappliesto:(a)suspendedpulleys,suppliedandusedwithorwithoutmountings,thatareintendedforthesupportofhaulageropesandwhichmaybeusedinropehaulageancilliaryequipment,e.g.weightropesonsafetyequipment,haulageropetensioningequipment,etc.;(b)mountings;(c)suspendedpulleyassembliesthatcomprisethepulleysandmountings;(d)clampsforsuspendingassembliesfromsupportingmembers.ThesuspendedpulleystowhichthisPartappliesarenotintendedtobeusedwhereropedeflectionsinexcessof10°acrossasinglepulleyarerequired.Whereropedeflectionsinexcessof10°perpulleyarerequired,pulleysinaccordancewithBS4878shouldbeused.NOTE1.AppendixAgivestheinformationwhichshouldbesuppliedbythepurchaser,inhisenquiryand/ororderforpulleys,mountingsandassembliesinaccordancewiththisPartofBS3876.NOTE2.AppendixBgivestheinformationthatwillberequiredbythepurchaser,tobeprovidedbythesupplier,priortothesupplyofpulleys,mountingsandassembliesinaccordancewiththisPartofBS3876.NOTE3.AppendixDgivesgeneralrecommendationsforthedesignandoperatingcriteriaforsuspendedpulleys.NOTE4.NoinspectionrequirementsarespecifiedinthisPartofBS3876.However,atypicalrequirementthatapurchasermaychoosetowriteintohisorderorcontractforpulleys,mountingsandassembliestothisPartisgiveninappendixE.NOTE5.ThetitlesofthepublicationsreferredtointhisPartofBS3876arelistedontheinsidebackcover.
