【摘要】:1.1ThisInternationalStandardappliestodesign,safetyandoperationverificationofCompressedHydrogenSurfaceVehicle(CHSV)refuellingconnectiondeviceshereinafterreferredtoasnozzleandreceptacle.CHSVRefuellingnozzlesandreceptaclesconsistofthefollowingcomponents,asapplicable.—Receptacleandprotectivecap(mountedonvehicle);—Nozzle.1.2ThisInternationalStandardappliestodeviceswhichhaveworkingpressuresof25MPaand35MPa,hereinafterreferredtointhisInternationalStandardasthefollowing:—H25-25MPaat15'C—H35-35MPaat15'C1.3ThisInternationalStandardappliestonozzlesandreceptacleswhich(1)preventhydrogenfuelledvehiclesfrombeingrefuelledbydispenserstationswithworkingpressureshigherthanthevehicle;(2)allowhydrogenvehiclestoberefuelledbydispenserstationswithworkingpressuresequaltoorlowerthanthevehiclefuelsystemworkingpressure;(3)preventhydrogenfuelledvehiclesfrombeingrefuelledbyothercompressedgasesdispensingstations;and(4)preventothergaseousfuelledvehiclesfrombeingrefuelledbyhydrogendispensingstations.1.4Alldimensionsusedinthisdocumentareinmetricunits[InternationalSystemofUnits(SI)].1.5Forthepurposesofthisdocument,compressedhydrogengasmeetingtherequirementsofISO14687istobeused.1.6Allreferencestopressures(MPa)throughoutthisdocumentareconsideredgaugepressuresunlessotherwisespecified.Alltestprocedureslistedinthisdocumentaredesignverificationtestproceduresunlessotherwisenoted.Allproductsaretopassallteststobeconsideredtohavemetthisdesignstandard.
