【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61249givesrequirementsforpropertiesofbrominatedepoxidecellulosepaperreinforcedcore/wovenE-glassreinforcedsurfaces-laminatedsheetsofdefinedflammability(verticalburningtest),copper-cladinthicknessesof0,80mmupto1,70mm.Theflammabilityratingisachievedthroughtheuseofbrominatedfireretardantsreactedaspartoftheepoxidepolymericstructure.Theglasstransitiontemperatureisdefinedtobe75℃minimum.Somepropertyrequirementsmayhaveseveralclassesofperformance.Theclassdesiredneedstobespecifiedonthepurchaseorder,otherwisethedefaultclassofmaterialmaybesupplied.
