【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyrequirementswhichshallbemettominimizethehazardslistedinclause4thatmayoccurduringtheassembly,use,maintenance,repair,decommissioning,disassemblyanddisposalofshearerloadersandploughsystemswhenoperatedinaccordancewiththemanufacturer'srequirementsinundergroundmining.Themachinesworkwithtoolsforcuttingmineralssuchascoal,ore,saltandsurroundingrock,atafixedorvariableheightandareguidedonarmouredfaceconveyorsortheirattachments.Shearerloadershavebuilt-inhaulagesystems.Theymaybedirectlyoperatedbyoneormoredriversorberemotelyorprogramcontrolled.Ploughsystemsareremotelycontrolled.Wirelessremotecontrolsystemsofshearerloadersareusedintheimmediateenvironmentofthemachines.2ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoveranyhazardsresultingfromtheelectricalequipmentassociatedwiththemachine.Itdoesnotcontainanyrequirementsrelatingtodustsuppressionorfiredamphazards..Hazardsduetonoisearealsoexcludedfromthisstandard,butaseparatestandardisinpreparationwherehazardsduetonoisewillbeaddressed.NOTEOnlyasmallamountofthenoiseemittedatthepointofuseofshearerloadersandploughsystemsisgeneratedbythemachinesthemselves.Thenoiselevelisaffectedmorebythebreakingmineralandtheconveyors.Dustisgeneratednotonlybythemodeofoperationofthemachines,butalsobythematerialtobeextracted,theenvironment,theroofsupportandtheconveyor.Forexample,equippingthemachinewithawaterspraymaynotcompletelyeliminatethehazardonitsown.Itdoesnotcoverfaceconveyors,spillplatesandauxiliarydevicessuchaslasersetc.Itisintendedformanufacturersproducingandmarketingcompletemachines,andformanufacturersassemblingmachinesorpartsofmachinesfromdifferentoriginsorassemblingmachinesfortheirownuse.Thesearecalled"manufacturers"inthisEuropeanStandard.3ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletomachinesthataremanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
