【摘要】:Thesheartestmethodisrecommendedforsheartestingofcalciumphosphateandmetallic/substratecombinationsandcanprovideinformationontheadhesiveorcohesivestrengthofcoatingsunderauniaxialshearstress.Thetestmethodmaybeusefulforcomparativeevaluationofadhesiveorcohesivestrengthsofavarietyoftypesofcoatings.Informationdevelopedusingthistestmethodmaybeusefulforcertainqualitycontrolanddesignpurposes.Thetestmethodshouldnotbeconsideredtoprovideanintrinsicvaluesforutilizationdirectlyinmakingcalculationssuchasdeterminingtheabilityofacoatingtowithstandspecifiedenvironmentalstresses.Processingvariables,suchassubstratepreparationpriortocoating,surfacetexture,coatingtechniquevariablesorpost-coatingheattreatment,orheatmayintroduceasignificanteffectontheresultsofthesheartest.Thespecimenbeingevaluatedmustberepresentativeoftheactualend-usecoating.1.1Thistestmethodcoverssheartestingofcontinuouscalciumphosphatecoatingsandmetalliccoatingsadheringtodensemetalsubstratesatambienttemperatures.Itassessesthedegreeofadhesionofcoatingstosubstrates,ortheinternalcohesionofacoatinginshear,paralleltothesurfaceplane.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
