【摘要】:Thisstandardsetsdownguidelinesfortheapplication,designconcepts,andimplementationofcomputer-basedcontrolsystemsforhydroelectricplantautomation.Itaddressesfunctionalcapabilities,performancerequirements,interfacerequirements,hardwareconsiderations,andoperatortraining.Itincludesrecommendationsforsystemtestingandacceptance.Finally,casestudiesofactualcomputer-basedautomaticcontrolapplicationsarepresented.Theautomationofcontrolanddataloggingfunctionshasrelievedtheplantoperatorofthesetasks,allowingtheoperatormoretimetoconcentrateonotherduties.Inmanycases,theplant'soperatingcostscanbesignificantlyreducedbyautomation(primarilyviastaffreduction)whilestillmaintainingahighlevelofunitcontrolreliability.Automaticcontrolsystemsforhydroelectricunitsbasedonelectromechanicalrelaylogichavebeeningeneraluseforanumberofyearsand,infact,wereconsideredstandardpracticefortheindustry.Withinthelastdecade,microprocessor-basedcontrollershavebecomeavailablethataresuitableforoperationinapowerplantenvironment.Thesecomputer-basedsystemshavebeenappliedfordatalogging,alarmmonitoring,andunitandplantcontrol.Advantagesofcomputer-basedcontrolincludeuseofgraphicaluserinterfaces,theincorporationofsequenceofeventsandtrendingintothecontrolsystem,theincorporationofartificialintelligenceandexpertsystemcapabilities,andreducedplantlifecyclecost.
