【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC7816specifiesanapplicationinacard.Thisapplicationcontainsinformationoncryptographicfunctionality.ThispartofISO/IEC7816definesacommonsyntaxandformatforthecryptographicinformationandmechanismstosharethisinformationwheneverappropriate.TheobjectivesofthispartofISO/IEC7816areto:-facilitateinteroperabilityamongcomponentsrunningonvariousplatíorms(platíormneutral);-enableapplicationsintheoutsideworldtotakeadvantageofproductsandcomponentsfrommultiplemanufacturers(vendorneutral);-enabletheuseofadvancesintechnologywithoutrewritingapplication-levelsoftware(applicationneutral);and-maintainconsistencywithexisting,relatedstandardswhileexpandinguponthemonlywherenecessaryandpractical.Itsupportsthefollowingcapabilities:storageofmultipleinstancesofcryptographicinformationinacard;useofthecryptographicinformation;retrievalofthecryptographicinformation,akeyfactorforthisisthenotionof“DirectoryFiles”,whichprovidesalayerofindirectionbetweenobjectsonthecardandtheactualformatoftheseobjects;cross-referencingofthecryptographicinformationwithDOSdefinedinotherpartsofISO/IEC7816whenappropriate;differentauthenticationmechanisms;andmultiplecryptographicalgorithms(thesuitabilityoftheseisoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO/IEC7816).ThispartofISO/IEC7816doesnotcovertheinternalimplementationwithinthecardand/ortheoutsideworld.ItshallnotbemandatoryforimplementationscomplyingwiththisInternationalStandardtosupportalloptionsdescribed.IncaseofdiscrepanciesbetweenASN.ldefinitionsinthebodyofthetextandthemoduleinAnnexA,AnnexAtakesprecedence.
