【摘要】:ThispartofEN1555specifiesrequirementsoffitnessforpurposeofthepolyethylene(PE)pipingsysteminthefieldofthesupplyofgaseousfuels.Itspecifiesthedefinitionsofelectrofusion,buttfusionandmechanicaljoints.Italsospecifiesthemethodofpreparationoftestpiecejoints,relatingtoinstallationrecommendationsgiveninEN12007-2:2000andtheteststobecarriedoutonthesejointsforassessingthefitnessforpurposeofthesystemundernormalandextremeconditions.Italsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhisstandard.InconjunctionwiththeotherpartsofEN1555(seeForeword)itisapplicabletoPEpipes,fittings,valves,theirjointsandtojointswithcomponentsofothermaterialsintendedtobeusedunderthefollowingconditions:a)amaximumoperatingpressure,MOP,uptoandincluding10bar;b)anoperatingtemperatureof20℃asreferencetemperature.NOTE1Forotheroperatingtemperatures,deratingcoefficientsshouldbeused,seeannexA.EN1555coversarangeofmaximumoperatingpressuresandgivesrequirementsconcerningcoloursandadditives.NOTE2Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodes.note:1)1bar=0,1MPa
