【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsandtestmethodsfortemporaryedgeprotectionsystemsforuseduringconstructionormaintenanceofbuildingsandotherstructures.Thisstandardappliestoedgeprotectionsystemsforflatandinclinedsurfacesandspecifiestherequirementsforthreeclassesoftemporaryedgeprotection.Foredgeprotectionsystemswithanarrestfunction(e.g.fallingorslidingdownaslopingroof)thisstandardspecifiesrequirementsforenergyabsorption.Thisstandardincludesedgeprotectionsystems,someofwhicharefixedtothestructureandothers,whichrelyongravityandfrictiononflatsurfaces.Thisstandarddoesnotproviderequirementsforedgeprotectionsystemsintendedfor:—Protectionagainstimpactfromvehiclesorfromothermobileequipment,—Protectionfromslidingdownofbulkloosematerials,snowetc.,—Protectionofthegeneralpublicfromfalling.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytosideprotectionsystemsonscaffolds.
