【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardconstitutesguidelinescontaininggeneralrecommendationsonthecorrosionprotectionofironandsteelstructures,includingconnections,byzincoraluminiumcoatings.Particularreferenceismadetohotdipcoatingandthermalsprayingonhot-rolledsteelorcold-formedsteelbuttheserecommendationsalsoapplytootherzinccoatings(electroplating,mechanicalcoating,sherardizing,etc.).Initialprotectioniscoveredinrelationto:a)availablestandardprocesses;b)designconsiderations;andc)environmentsofuse.Theseguidelinesalsoconsidertheinfluenceoftheinitialchoiceofaluminiumorzinccoatinginrelationtothesubsequentapplicationofpaintorpowdercoatings.Theseguidelinesprovidegeneralrecommendationsanddonotdealwiththemaintenanceofcorrosionprotectioninserviceforsteelwithzincoraluminiumcoatings;maintenanceofcorrosionprotectionwillbecoveredinaseparatedocument(seeISO12944-5).Requirementsspecifictoeachtypeofmetalliccoatingformthesubjectofspecificstandards.Requirementsformetalliccoatingswhichareappliedinthefactorytocertainproductsandwhichconstituteanintegralpartofthoseproducts(e.g.nails,fasteners,ductileironpipes)aregiveninthecorrespondingproductstandards.
