【摘要】:ThispartofISO3070specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1andISO230-2,geometrictests,machiningtestsandtestsforcheckingaccuracyandrepeatabilityofpositioningbynumericalcontrol,ongeneralpurpose,normalaccuracy,planertypehorizontalspindleboringandmillingmachineswithmovablecolumn.Thesetypesofmachinetoolaredefinedinsubclauses3.2and3.3ofISO3070-0:1982.ThispartofISO3070alsospecifiestheapplicabletolerancescorrespondingtotheabovementionedtests.Thesemachinescanbeprovidedwithspindleheadsofdifferenttypescorrespondinginmostcasestofigures:4(spindleheadwithslidingboringspindleandmillingspindle)5(spindleheadwithslidingboringspindleandwithfacinghead)6(spindleheadwithramormillingram)ofISO3070-0:1982.Inaddition,itshouldbenotedthatthispartofISO3070concernsmachineswhichhavemovementofthetablealongtheX-axis,averticalmovementofthespindleheadalongtheY-axis,amovementofthecolumnalongtheW-axisandmayincludearotaryorindexingtable.ThispartofISO3070dealsonlywiththeverificationoftheaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytothetestingofthemachineoperation(vibration,abnormalnoise,stick-slipmotionofcomponents,etc.)nortomachinecharacteristics(suchasspeeds,feeds,etc.),assuchchecksaregenerallycarriedoutbeforetestingtheaccuracy.
