【摘要】:ThepurposeofISO18104:2003istoestablishanursingreferenceterminologymodelconsistentwiththegoalsandobjectivesofotherspecifichealthterminologymodelsinordertoprovideamoreunifiedreferencehealthmodel.ThisInternationalStandardincludesthedevelopmentofreferenceterminologymodelsfornursingdiagnosesandnursingactionsandrelevantterminologyanddefinitionsforitsimplementation.Thepotentialusesforthisreferenceterminologymodelaretosupporttheintensionaldefinitionofnursingdiagnosisandnursingactionconceptsreflectiveofabroadrangeofrolesandpracticesettings,facilitatetherepresentationofnursingdiagnosisandnursingactionconceptsandtheirrelationshipsinamannersuitableforcomputerprocessing,provideaframeworkforthegenerationofcompositionalexpressionsfromatomicconceptswithinareferenceterminology,facilitatetheconstructionofnursingterminologiesinaregularformwhichwillmakemappingamongthemeasier,facilitatethemappingamongnursingdiagnosisandnursingactionconceptsfromvariousterminologiesincludingthosedevelopedasinterfaceterminologiesandstatisticalclassifications,enablethesystematicevaluationofterminologiesandassociatedterminologymodelsforpurposesofharmonization,andprovidealanguagetodescribethestructureofnursingdiagnosisandnursingactionconceptsinordertoenableappropriateintegrationwithotherreferenceterminologymodelsandwithinformationmodels.
