【摘要】:SyntheticplasticizersareprimarilyestersandtheyareusedwiththemorepolarelastomerssuchasCRorNBRtoimproveprocessing,adjusthardness,andimprovelowtemperatureproperties.Theseestersmaybeeithermonomericorpolymericandarederivedfrommanydifferentorganicacids.Thesetestmethodsmaybeusedinestablishingandconfirmingqualitycontrolstandardsforthesyntheticplasticizersusedinrubbercompounding.Itisnotimpliedthatthetestmethodsinthisguidearetheonlyonesofsignificance,butthesetestmethodslistthepropertiesmostcommonlyspecifiedforesterplasticizers.Otherparametersmaybeneededforspecificapplicationofthesematerials.1.1Thisguidecoverstestmethodsforsyntheticplasticizersthatareusedinrubberapplications.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
