【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportspecifiesawrittenprotocoltopreparecalibrationsamplesforassessmentofoff-flavour(givenbybenzaldehyde)inatestsubstancerepresentativeofdryfoodproducts(icingsugar).Essentially,thisismeanttosimulatethetransferofoff-flavoursfrompaperandboardtoadryfoodproduct.ThisTechnicalReportalsospecifieshowtotrainthepanelintheuseofthecalibrationsamples.Thegeneraloutlineofthetestprocedureconsistsofsensoryassessmentofoff-flavourinsampleswithoutformaltrainingbyaselectedpanel,followedbytrainingofthepanel,andfinallysensoryassessmentofthesamplesaftertrainingbythesamesensorypanel.

【摘要】:General8212;Hydrogensulfideisnearlyubiquitous.Itoccursnaturallyinvolcanicgases,insulfurspringsandfumaroles,indecayingofplantandanimalprotein,andinintestinesasaresultofbacterialaction.Hydrogensulfideisaserioushazardtothehealthofworkersemployedinenergyproductionfromhydrocarbonorgeothermalsources,intheproductionoffibersandsheetsfromviscosesyrup,intheproductionofdeuteriumoxide(heavywater),intanneries,sewers,sewagetreatmentandanimalwastedisposal,inworkbelowground,onfishingboats,andinchemicaloperations,includingthegasandoilindustry.In29CFR1910.1000,theFederalOccupationalSafetyandHealthAdministrationdesignatesthatworkerexposuretocertaingasesandvaporsmustnotbeexceededinworkplaceatmospheresatconcentrationsabovespecificvalues,averagedoveracertaintimespan.Hydrogensulfideisincludedinthislist.ReferalsotoNIOSHCriteriaforaRecommendedStandard,OccupationalExposuretoHydrogenSulfide.Thispracticewillprovidemeansforthedeterminationofairborneconcentrationsofhydrogensulfide.Thispracticeprovidesmeansforeitherpersonalorareasamplingandforshort-termortime-weightedaverage(TWA)measurements.RefertoThresholdLimitValuesforChemicalSubstancesintheWorkEnvironment.1.1Thispracticecoversthedetectionofhydrogensulfidegasbyvisualchemicaldetectors.Includedundervisualchemicaldetectorsare:short-termdetectortubes(1),long-termdetectortubes(2),andlength-of-staindosimeters(3).Diffusiontubesarenotincludedunderthispracticebecausetheyarenotdirectreading,andspottestsarenotincludedbecauseoftheirpooraccuracy.Theresultsareimmediatelyavailablebyvisualobservation,thusnoanalyticalequipmentisneeded.1.2Thispracticereflectsthecurrentstate-of-the-artforcommerciallyavailablevisuallength-of-staindetectorsforhydrogensulfide.AnymentionofaspecificmanufacturerinthetextorreferencesdoesnotconstituteanendorsementbyASTM.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
