【摘要】:1.1ThispartofIEC61508containsanoverviewofvarioussafetytechniquesandmeasuresrelevanttoIEC61508-2andIEC61508-3.Thereferencesshouldbeconsideredasbasicreferencestomethodsandtoolsorasexamples,andmaynotrepresentthestateoftheart.1.2IEC61508-1,IEC61598-2,IEC61508-3andIEC61508-4arebasicsafetypublications,althoughthisstatusdoesnotapplyinthecontextoflowcomplexityE/E/PEsafety-relatedsystems(see3.4.3ofIEC61508-4).Asbasicsafetypublications,theyareintendedforusebytechnicalcommitteesinthepreparationofstandardsinaccordancewiththeprinciplescontainedinIECGuide104andISO/IECGuide51.IEC61508-1,IEC61508-2,IEC61508-3andIEC61508-4arealsointendedforuseasstand-alonepublications.ThehorizontalsafetyfunctionofthisinternationalstandarddoesnotapplytomedicalequipmentincompliancewiththeIEC60601series.1.3Oneoftheresponsibilitiesofatechnicalcommitteeis,whereverapplicable,tomakeuseofbasicsafetypublicationsinthepreparationofitspublications.Inthiscontext,therequirements,testmethodsortestconditionsofthisbasicsafetypublicationwillnotapplyunlessspecificallyreferredtoorincludedinthepublicationspreparedbythosetechnicalcommittees.1.4Figure1showstheoverallframeworkforparts1to7ofIEC61508andindicatestherolethatIEC61508-7playsintheachievementoffunctionalsafetyforE/E/PEsafety-relatedsystems.
