【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardprovidestheprocedureforthespecificassessmentrequiredinAnnexAofEN50527-1:2010forworkerswithimplantedpacemakers.Itoffersdifferentapproachesfordoingtheriskassessment.Themostsuitableoneshallbeused.IftheworkerhasotherAIMDsimplantedadditionally,theyhavetobeassessedseparately.Thepurposeofthespecificassessmentistodeterminetheriskforworkerswithimplantedpacemakersarisingfromexposuretoelectromagneticfieldsattheworkplace.Theassessmentincludesthelikelihoodofclinicallysignificanteffectsandtakesaccountofbothtransientandlong-termexposurewithinspecificareasoftheworkplace.NOTE1Thisstandarddoesnotaddressriskstoworkersbearingapacemakerfromcontactcurrents.Thetechniquesdescribedinthedifferentapproachesmayalsobeusedfortheassessmentofpubliclyaccessibleareas.Thefrequencyrangetobeobservedisfrom0Hzto3GHz.Above3GHznointerferencewiththepacemakeroccurswhentheexposurelimitsarenotexceeded.NOTE2Therationaleforlimitingtheobservationrangeto3GHzcanbefoundinClause5ofANSI/AAMIPC69:2007.
