【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthecharacteristicsandperformanceofproductswhichhavebeenproducedfromgypsumplasterboardsmanufacturedaccordingtoEN520byreprocessing.Reprocessingmayincludecutting,perforating,edgeprofiling,decoratingandlaminatingmembranesofothermaterialsforfunctionalordecorativepurposes,attachingfixingsincludingsupportse.g.forpartitions.AfullerlistofreprocessingoperationsisgiveninAnnexB.Gypsumplasterboardssubjecttoreprocessingoperationsmaybesuitableforextendedapplicationssuchassuspendedceilingsprovidingsoundabsorption,flooring,selfdecorativefinishes,lowemissivitycharacteristics,moisturevapourcontrolandX-rayprotection.Theproductsareintendedforuseinwall,ceilingandfloorapplications,wheretheymaybefixeddirecttothebackground,ortheyareusedinsystemsassembledinconjunctionwiththestructuretoformseparateorsuspendedlinings.Theproductsofferawiderangeofaestheticsolutionsofmodularornon-modulardesign.Thisstandardcoversthefollowingproductperformancecharacteristics:reactiontofire,watervapourpermeability,stabilityincaseofceilingelements,flexuralstrength(breakingload),impactresistance,thermalresistance.Thefollowingperformancecharacteristicsarelinkedtosystemsassembledwithproductsfromreprocessing:shearstrength,directairbornesoundinsulationandacousticabsorptiontobemeasuredaccordingtothecorrespondingEuropeantestmethods.Ifrequired,testsshouldbedoneonassembledsystemssimulatingtheenduseconditions.ThisEuropeanstandardalsocoversadditionaltechnicalcharacteristicsthatareofimportancefortheuseandacceptanceoftheproductbytheconstructionindustryandthereferencetestsforthesecharacteristics.Itprovidesfortheevaluationofconformityoftheproducttothisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotcovergypsumplasterboardthermal/acousticinsulationcompositepanelsandprefabricatedgypsumwallboardpanelsaccordingtoprEN13950andprEN13915,respectively.
