【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isapplicableexceptasfollows:Replacement:ThispartofIEC60730appliestocontrolsforautomaticallycontrollingthestartingwindingsofsinglephasemotorsassociatedwithequipmentforhouseholdandsimilaruse.Thisstandardappliestomotor-startingrelaysusingNTCorPTCthermistors,additionalrequirementsforwhicharecontainedinAnnexJ.Thisstandardappliestotheinherentsafety,totheoperatingvalues,operatingtimesandoperatingsequenceswheresuchareassociatedwithequipmentsafety,andtothetestingofmotor-startingrelaysusedin,orinassociationwith,householdorsimilarequipment.Motor-startingrelaysforequipmentnotintendedfornormalhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmaybeusedbythepublic,suchasequipmentintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytomotor-startingrelaysdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialapplications.Throughoutthisstandard,theword"equipment"means"applianceandequipment".Thewords"startingrelay"mean"motor-startingrelay".Thisstandardappliestostartingrelaysincorporatingelectronicdevicesandstartingrelaysusingthermistorelements,thermalelementsandmagneticelements.ThisstandarddoesnotapplytogeneralpurposerelaysortocontactorsandmotorstartersofthetypecoveredbytheIEC60947series1.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytomechanicaltimersormechanicallyoperatedmotor-startingdevices.Thisstandardappliestomanualcontrolswhensuchareelectricallyand/ormechanicallyintegralwithstartingrelays.RequirementsformanualswitchesnotformingpartofastartingrelayarecontainedinIEC61058-1.Replacement:Thisstandardappliestostartingrelayswitharatedvoltagenotexceeding690Vandwitharatedcurrentnotexceeding63A.Replacement:Thisstandarddoesnottakeintoaccounttheresponsevalueofanautomaticactionofastartingrelay,ifsucharesponsevalueisdependentuponthemethodofmountingthestartingrelayintheequipment.Wherearesponsevalueisofsignificantpurposefortheprotectionoftheuserorsurroundings,thevaluedefinedintheappropriatehouseholdequipmentstandardorasdeterminedbythemanufacturershallapply.Replacement:Thisstandardappliesalsotomotor-startingrelaysincorporatingelectronicdevices,requirementsforwhicharecontainedinAnnexH.
