【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverstheprocedureforthedistillationofstabilizedcrudepetroleum(seeNote0)toafinalcuttemperatureof400CAtmosphericEquivalentTemperature(AET).Thistestmethodemploysafractionatingcolumnhavinganefficiencyof14to18theoreticalplatesoperatedatarefluxratioof5:1.Performancecriteriaforthenecessaryequipmentisspecified.Sometypicalexamplesofacceptableapparatusarepresentedinschematicform.Thistestmethodoffersacompromisebetweenefficiencyandtimeinordertofacilitatethecomparisonofdistillationdatabetweenlaboratories.Note0DefinedashavingaReidvaporpressurelessthan82.7kPa(12psi).Thistestmethoddetailsproceduresfortheproductionofaliquefiedgas,distillatefractions,andresiduumofstandardizedqualityonwhichanalyticaldatacanbeobtained,andthedeterminationofyieldsoftheabovefractionsbybothmassandvolume.Fromtheprecedinginformation,agraphoftemperatureversusmass%distilledcanbeproduced.Thisdistillationcurvecorrespondstoalaboratorytechnique,whichisdefinedat15/5(15theoreticalplatecolumn,5:1refluxratio)orTBP(trueboilingpoint).Thistestmethodcanalsobeappliedtoanypetroleummixtureexceptliquefiedpetroleumgases,verylightnaphthas,andfractionshavinginitialboilingpointsabove400C.Thistestmethodcontainsthefollowingannexesandappendixes:TestMethodfortheDeterminationoftheEfficiencyofaDistillationColumn,TestMethodfortheDeterminationoftheDynamicHoldupofaDistillationColumn,TestMethodfortheDeterminationoftheHeatLossinaDistillationColumn(StaticConditions),TestMethodfortheVerificationofTemperatureSensorLocation,TestMethodforDeterminationoftheTemperatureResponseTime,PracticefortheCalibrationofSensors,TestMethodfortheVerificationofRefluxDividingValves,PracticeforConversionofObservedVaporTemperaturetoAtmosphericEquivalentTemperature(AET),TestMethodforDehydrationofaSampleofWetCrudeOil,andPracticeforPerformanceCheck.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificwarningstatements,seeSection.Thistestmethodisfordeterminingtheefficiencyofadistillationcolumn,undertotalrefluxconditionsusingthetestmixturen-heptane/methylcyclohexaneatatmosphericpressure.Theefficiencyisnotmeasuredundervacuumconditionsbecausethereisnosatisfactorytestmixturethathasaconstantrelativevolatilitywithpressure.Thistestmethodisfordeterminingthedynamicholdupofadistillationcolumnusingatestmixtureofstearicacidinn-heptane.Thistestmethodisfordeterminingtheheatlossofadistillationcolumnunderstaticconditionswhenatemperaturedifferentialexistsbetweentheinnerandouterwallsofadistillationcolumn.Thistestmethodisfordeterminingwhetherthetemperaturesensorisintheproperpositionforoptimumperformance.Thistestmethodisforthedeterminationoftemperatureresponsetimebasedupontherateofcoolingofthesensorunderprescribedconditions.Thistestmethodisfordeterminingwhetheraliquidrefluxdividingvalveproducestheprescribedrefluxratio.Thispracticeisforconversionoftheactualdistillationtemperatureobtainedatsub-ambientpressuretoAETcorrespondingtotheequivalentboilingpointatatmosphericpressure,101.3kPa(760mmHg),bymeansofequationsderivedbyMaxwellandBonnell.Thispracticeisfordehydratingasampleofwetcrudeoilpriortofractionaldistillation.
