【摘要】:ThispartofISO22088specifiesamethodforthedeterminationoftheenvironmentalstresscracking(ESC)resistanceofthermoplasticswhentheyaresubjectedtoafixedflexuralstraininthepresenceofchemicalagents.ESCisindicatedbythechangeofasuitablychosenindicativepropertyofspecimensthathavebeenstrainedforadefinedtimeintheenvironment.Themethodoftestissuitablefordeterminingtheresistanceofsheetsandofflattestspecimens,especiallythesensitivityoflocalizedsurfaceregionsofspecimens,toESC.ThebentstripmethodissuitableforthedeterminationofESCcausedbygasesandliquidsaswellassolidscontainingmigratingsubstances(e.g.polymericadhesivesandmaterialscontainingplasticizers)incontactwithaspecificpolymer.Preferably,thismethodisusedtodeterminetheESCresistanceofrigidplasticsthatexhibitonlymoderatestressrelaxationduringthetimeofthetest.Thisisessentiallyarankingtestandisnotintendedtoprovidedatatobeusedfordesignorperformanceprediction.NOTEForaconstant-straintest,refertoISO22088-5.Foraconstant-loadtest,refertoISO22088-2.

【摘要】:Themajorobjectiveofthevisualplatinum-cobalt(Pt-Co)methodofcolormeasurement,asdefinedinTestMethodD1209,istoratespecificmaterialsforyellowness.Thisyellownessisfrequentlytheresultoftheundesirabletendencyofliquidhydrocarbonstoabsorbbluelightduetocontaminationinprocessing,storageorshipping.Clearliquidscanberatedforlightabsorbingyellowishorbrownishcontaminants,usingscalesthatsimulatethelong-establishedvisual-comparisonmethodjustcited.Whereneeded,dimensionsofcolorcanbereportedtoidentifyanypinknessorgreenness(onedimension),orgrayness.1.1ThistestmethodcoversaninstrumentalmethodfortheCIE(CommissionInternationaldel''Eclairage)tristimulusmeasurementofthecolorofnear-clearliquidsamples.Themeasurementisconvertedtocolorratingsintheplatinum-cobaltsystem.1.2Thistestmethodhasbeenfoundapplicabletothecolormeasurementofclear,liquidsamples,freeofhaze,withnominalplatinumcobaltcolorvaluesinthe0to100range.Itisapplicabletononfluorescentliquidswithlightabsorptioncharacteristicssimilartothoseoftheplatinumcobaltcolorstandardsolutions.TestMethodsD1686,D2108,anddealwiththevisualandinstrumentalmeasurementofnear-clearliquids.1.3Indeterminingtheconformanceofthetestresultsusingthismethodtoapplicablespecifications,resultsshallberoundedinaccordancewiththeroundingoffmethodsofPracticeE29.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,seeSection8.
