【摘要】:Thispracticeprovidesrequirementsforthehandling,transportation,andstorageofIG-100encounteredindistributionthroughbothcommercialandmilitarychannels.ItisintendedtoensurethatIG-100ishandled,transported,andstoredinsuchawaythatitsphysicalpropertyvirtuesarenotdegraded.Transportmaybebyvariousmeans,suchas,butnotlimitedto,highway,railandwater.1.1Thispracticecoversguidanceanddirectiontosuppliers,purchasers,andusersinthehandling,transportation,andstorageofIG-100(nitrogen).1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
