【摘要】:IEC/TS60815-3,whichisatechnicalspecification,isapplicabletotheselectionofpolymerinsulatorsfora.c.systems,andthedeterminationoftheirrelevantdimensions,tobeusedinhighvoltagesystemswithrespecttopollution.ThispartofIEC/TS60815givesspecificguidelinesandprinciplestoarriveataninformedjudgementontheprobablebehaviourofagiveninsulatorincertainpollutionenvironmentsThecontentsofthistechnicalspecificationarebasedonCIGRE33.13TF01documents[1],[2]1,whichformausefulcomplementtothistechnicalspecificationforthosewishingtostudyingreaterdepththeperformanceofinsulatorsunderpollutionThistechnicalspecificationdoesnotdealwiththeeffectsofsnoworiceonpollutedinsulators.AlthoughthissubjectisdealtwithbyCIGRE[3],currentknowledgeisverylimitedandpracticeistoodiverseTheobjectofthistechnicalspecificationistogivetheusermeansto~determinethereferenceunifiedspecificcreepagedistance(USCD)fromsitepollutionseverity(SPS)class,~chooseappropriateprofiles,~applycorrectionfactorsforaltitude,insulatorshape,sizeandposition,etctothereferenceUSCD.
