【摘要】:TheInternationalStandardspecifies,withreferencetoISO230-1and230-2,geometrictests,machiningtestsandtestsforaccuracyandrepeatabilityofpositioningaxesongeneralpurposeandnormalaccuracyexternalcylindricalcentrelessgrindingmachines.Italsospecifiestheapplicabletolerancescorrespondingtotheabove-mentionedtests.ThisInternationalStandarddealsonlywiththeverificationofaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytothetestingofthemachineoperation(vibrations,abnormalnoise,stick-slipmotionofcomponents,etc.)nortomachinecharacteristics(suchasspeeds,feeds,etc.),whichshouldgenerallybecheckedbeforetestingofmachineaccuracy.ThisInternationalStandardprovidestheterminologyusedfortheprincipalcomponentsofthemachineandthedesignationoftheaxeswithreferencetoISO841.
