【摘要】:Thistestmethodisapplicabletoorganicsolutionscontaining20to2000x03BC;guraniumpermLofsolutionpresentedtothespectrometerforthesolutiontechniquesor200to50000x03BC;guraniumpergusingthefusedpellettechnique.Eitherwavelength-dispersiveorenergy-dispersiveXRFsystemsmaybeused,providedthatthesoftwareaccompanyingthesystemisabletoaccommodatetheuseofinternalstandards.1.1ThistestmethodcoversthestepsnecessaryforthepreparationandanalysisbyX-rayfluorescence(XRF)ofoilsandorganicsolutionscontaininguranium.Twodifferentpreparationtechniquesaredescribed.1.2Theprocedureisvalidforthosesolutionscontaining20to2000x03BC;guraniumpermLaspresentedtothespectrometerforthesolutiontechniqueand200to50000x03BC;guraniumpergforthepellettechnique.1.3Thistestmethodrequirestheuseofanappropriateinternalstandard.Caremustbetakentoascertainthatsamplesanalyzedbythistestmethoddonotcontaintheinternalstandardorthatthiscontamination,wheneverpresent,hasbeencorrectedformathematically.Suchcorrectionsarenotaddressedinthisprocedure.Caremustbetakenthattheinternalstandardandsamplemediumarecompatible;thatis,samplesmustbemisciblewithtri-n-butylphosphate(TBP)andmustnotremovetheinternalstandardfromsolution.Alternatively,ascatterlinemaybeusedastheinternalstandard.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection9andNote2.
