【摘要】:ThispartofISO28005containstechnicalspecificationsthatfacilitateefficientexchangeofelectronicinformationbetweenshipsandshoreforcoastaltransitorportcalls.Itisintendedtocoversafetyandsecurityinformationrequirementsrelatedmainlytotherelationshipsbetweentheshipandtheportandcoastalstateauthoritiesasdefinedinthissubclause.ThispartofISO28005containsthedefinitionofcoredataelementsforuseinelectronicportclearance(EPC)messages.Itcontainsdefinitionsofcoredataelementsforelectronicmessagingbetweenshipsandshoreintheareasofsafety,securityandmarineoperations.Itdoesnotdefineanystructuringofmessagesorprovideanyguidanceonwhatinformationisrequiredforaparticularpurpose;itisratherageneraldatadictionaryforsafety,securityoroperation-relatedmaritimeinformation.ItisintendedforuseinXMLmessagesandwillforthatreasondiffersomewhatfromthesimilartradedataelementsdirectory(TDED)InternationalStandard,ISO7372.ThecoredataelementsdefinedinthispartofISO28005arespecifiedsothattheirmeaningandinterpretationingeneralareindependentofthecontextinwhichtheyareused.ThispartofISO28005doesnotdefinethemessageformatsrequiredtoexchangeinformation.
