【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsofenamelledroundcopperwindingwireofclass200withadualcoating.Theunderlyingcoatingisbasedonpolyesterorpolyesterimideresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.Thesuperimposedcoatingisbasedonpolyamide-imideresin.NOTE-Amodifiedresinisaresinthathasundergoneachemicalchange,orcontainsoneormoreadditivestoenhancecertainperformanceorapplicationcharacteristics.Class200isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof200andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast220℃.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardis:-Grade1:0,050mmuptoandincluding2,000mm;-Grade2:0,050mmuptoandincluding5,000mm.Thenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedininclause4ofIEC60317-0-1.
