适用范围
本标准规定了派琴虫病诊断时的样品采集，虫体培养及显微镜检查，PCR以及荧光PCR检测操作规程。
本标准适用于蛤仔、牡蛎等水生动物及其产品中携带海洋派琴虫（Perkinsus marinus）、奥尔森派琴虫（Perkinsus olseni）等派琴虫的诊断，也可用于派琴虫病的监测和流行病学调查。
