【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforadhesivesintendedforuseinthecreationandgeneralassemblyofIcad-bearing,structuralelementsusedincivilengineeringworksandtheconstructionofbuildings.Otherthantheexceptionsstated,itembracesallcombinationsofbondedmaterials,usedtocreateorrepairIcad-bearingelements.Itcoversindividualadhesivesandspecialpurposekitscomprisingvariouscombinationsofadhesivetypesandcomponents.Itincludestestmethodsandmethodsofassessment.Theperformancerequirementsinthisstandardmaynotbeapplicabletohighlyspecialisedapplicationsinextremeenvironmentalconditions,e.g.cryogenicuse,nordotheycoverspecialisedcircumstancessuchasaccidentalimpact,e.g.duetotrafficorice,orearthquakeloadingwherespecificperformancerequirementswillapply.Theintendeduseisforinternalandexternalconstructionelementsandthosecladdingandcoveringelements(excludingceramictiles)specificallyrequired,byregulatoryauthorities,toprovideprotectionfromfireinidentifiedbuildingzones,includingescaperoutes.Itdoesnotcover:Prefabricated,bondedstructuralcomponents.Concretebondedeithertoitselforsteeloramaterialbasedoncarbonfibre.Wood,whenbondedtoitselftoformatimberbased,laminatedbeam[ofthetypeknownasa'Glulam'beam]intendedforuseasamajorstructural,Icadbearingelement.Thermoplastics[e.g.polyethylene,polypropylene,polyamideandfluorinatedpolymersingeneral]unlesstheyhavebeenspecificallyprepared[usuallythroughaspecialisedoxidativeprocess]forbondedassemblyonsite.Co-axialmetallicassembliescomprisingfasteners-threadedandotherwise,pipesandtubes.Glassassembliesinstructuralglazingapplicationsmadeusingsiliconeadhesives.Thosestructuralelementsthatarepermanentlyimmersedinwater.
